Sparco becomes technical supplier to Chip Ganassi

Chip Ganassi Racing Teams (CGRT) has announced that its has reached an agreement with racewear supplier, Spacro. The deal will see all of Chip Ganassi’s race teams and drivers race with Sparco in 2016.

This agreement will bring the Italian brand represented in the six different championships that CGRT will contest: Verizon IndyCar Series, NASCAR Sprint Cup and XFINITY Series, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, FIA World Endurance Championship and Red Bull Global Rallycross.

“We are proud to become part of the Chip Ganassi family, a team which, with its 170 victories, is at the top of American Motorsport,” stated Claudio Pastoris, C.E.O. of Sparco. “We believe that we can offer to the team the best products in the market and we will work together to develop innovative solutions to improve the safety and performance within this wonderful sport. We wish to all the team a 2016 full of victories and successes assisted, of course, by Sparco.”
