Zenvo Automotive has appointed industry veteran Mark Harrison as chief commercial officer, as the Danish hypercar maker nears the final development phase of the V12 Aurora. Harrison brings extensive experience in the premium and performance car sector, with previous senior roles at BMW/Mini, McLaren Automotive and Praga Cars.
In his new role, Harrison will oversee sales, marketing, PR, dealer network development and global events. The appointment comes as Zenvo prepares for the Aurora launch, with the company emphasizing its expansion in key markets, particularly the USA.
“It’s really exciting to join Zenvo’s team and help bring to market a truly exceptional car in both its design and technical specification,” said Harrison. “I have admired the brand since the Aurora was announced and especially how the program is pushing the boundaries in such a competitive sector. I have shared offices, showrooms, show stands and factories with great teams wherever I have worked, but this will be my first V12. I feel privileged to now have an opportunity to work together with this strong and passionate team helping bring this stunning car to market later this year.
“With standout activations at Pebble Beach and Car Week, the US has emerged as Zenvo’s strongest market. The response to a Scandinavian-designed hypercar powered by a bespoke V12 has been fantastic, and I am excited to strengthen and expand our network of specialist new sales partners to support growing demand in the region.”
“It is great to welcome Mark to the team, and to benefit from his experience and insight of the industry,” added Jens Sverdrup, chairman of Zenvo Automotive. “We have known each other for many years, and our professional paths have crossed on several occasions, so I know firsthand what an impact he will be able to make. We are at an exciting part of the program, and this appointment also highlights, once again, the talent that this project is attracting as we gear up for the launch of Aurora.”
Harrison will manage Zenvo’s global dealer network, currently represented in the US by Galpin Motors (California), Naples Motorsports Inc. (Florida), Post Oak Motor Cars (Texas) and Salt Lake City Motorcars (Utah). Additional sales partners across North America are expected to be announced through 2026, supporting Zenvo’s goal of partnering with top-tier luxury and performance car dealers.
