M-Sport and Sparco have agreed a two-year extension to their partnership agreement. With work on a new seat design for the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team already underway, the partnership will now include new projects currently undergoing R&D at M‑Sport Poland.

“We’re a very passionate team and it’s always been important for us to work with people who share that enthusiasm,” said Malcolm Wilson OBE, managing director at M-Sport. “Designing and developing some of the most technically advanced products on the market, [Sparco’s] innovation and quality is second to none and I’m delighted to see our partnership continue into 2020-21.”

With both companies having achieved success as a partnership previously, with drivers, co-drivers and technicians benefitting from access to Sparco technology, the new agreement extends the long-standing relationship between M-Sport and Sparco.

Designing technically advanced racewear and safety equipment, Sparco looks to provide innovation within motorsport and works closely with its partners to create new products and technologies.

Claudio Pastoris, Sparco CEO, added, “The relationship between Sparco and M-Sport is now more than 20 years old. The hope is certainly to repeat the victories of past seasons together by competing at the highest levels of a series, the FIA World Rally Championship, which is a fundamental part of the history of both.”
