BoP revisions for Volkswagen Golf GTi TCR

The TCR International series has announced a key revision to its Balance of Performance regulations, ahead of this weekend’s event (2-3 July) at Sochi Autodrom.

The TCR technical department have specified that the ride height of the Volkswagen Golf Gti TCR cars has been reduced by a further 10mm, going down from 80 to 70mm.

The list of the cars’ minimum weight remains unchanged: Honda Civic TCR and SEAT León TCR 1315 kgs (BoP +30), Volkswagen Golf Gti TCR 1285 kgs, Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCR 1265 kgs (BoP -20) and SEAT León Cup Racer with DSG gearbox 1250 kgs.
