SHOW NEWS: Warming up the chassis dynamometer

LinkedIn +

Testing performance cars on a dynamometer can often be hampered by traction control systems, especially if you cannot turn them completely off. Auto Consulting’s Warm-Up 4WD PRO is a chassis dynamometer equipped with an electric motor system and allows testing of vehicles with permanent traction control.

With 320km/h max speed and 600kw overall power, the system can test of a wide range of performance vehicles. Moreover, it can be upgraded to be able to integrate a vehicle inertia simulation for ECE101 compliance testing, while real-time architecture guarantees optimal synchronization between roller bench measurements and vehicle CAN ISO15765 data streams.

Auto Consulting can be found at PMW Expo 2017, Booth 2092.
