FIA announces MDD as official supplier


The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) has announced the appointment of MDD Europe Ltd (MDD) as the ‘Official Supplier for Medical Products in Motor Sport’. 

MDD has extensive experience in working within all fields of motor sport. They are industry leaders in assessing and providing state-of-the-art medical equipment. They also offer the services of clinical and safety personnel, as well as comprehensive training packages regardless of racing formula or environment.

MDD Europe Ltd has a broad range of products available that extends from the smallest equipment requirement, through concept to completion of full medical centre refurbishment or new buildings.

“We are delighted to have been selected as the official supplier of the FIA in providing our range of services to the motor sport industry,” Peter Schroeder, director of MDD. “We pride ourselves on our drive for high quality services regardless of motor sport level and recognition by the FIA of our commitment to continual development, quality improvement and service provision is well received. As the appointed medical and safety team provider in FIA Formula E Championship since its inauguration, MDD has been involved in extensive research and development of electrical safety practices including electrical safety equipment and personnel, and MDD are the recognised experts in electric vehicle advanced level extrication.

It is also crucial for us to provide our teams on the ground with the highest standards of medical equipment and we know that MDD will deliver”.
