Configurable gear display and shift light

LinkedIn +

UK-based 213 Performance has introduced a new gear display and shift light module (GDSLM) that integrates a dot matrix gear display and an array of eight RGB high-intensity LEDs to provide drivers with clear, concise information. The GDSLM is fully configurable, allowing users to customize the units to their specific applications.

The display includes inputs for gear sensor and RPM as well as a CANbus signal direct from the ECU. The gear display is fully configurable to show reverse, neutral and gear numbers, and the shift light LEDs can be configured for color and RPM in each gear. Configuration of the unit is achieved via USB, and the intensity of the display can be varied to suit day or night-time use. Furthermore, real-time CAN and sensor values are displayed during configuration to ease setup. The whole unit is contained within a machined, anodized housing for durability.
