Panamera to be adapted for racing by N.Technology
N.Technology is taking on a new technical challenge for 2010 with the design and development of the racing version of Porsche's latest car, the four-door Panamera S GT.
The first version of the Porsche Panamera S is already being prepared by N.Technology in accordance with the technical regulations of the Superstars International Series. Further development steps have been scheduled to allow the use of the same Panamera S in the most important endurance races worldwide. Updates for the car's participation in various classes of different championships are also being evaluated.
Andrea Adamo, the former technical director of Abarth and N. Technology, is to head the project, while Giovanni Delfino and Edo Riboldi will manage engine preparation and development. N.Technology has previously created and managed touring, rally and GT cars such as the Alfa Romeo 156 Super 2000, the Fiat Grande Punto Rally Abarth Super 2000 and the Ferrari 575 GTC, which have all gone on to win major international competitions.
