Race Technology is a UK based company that specializes in GPS-based datalogging equipment and solid-state video recording systems. Race Technology has become a technological leader in high-accuracy GPS solutions, providing OEMs and race teams with unparalleled accuracy in speed measurement.

All of the Race Technology dataloggers have benefited from this development and have features that are commonly only found in much more expensive equipment. The in-house-developed, high-accuracy GPS units are specifically designed for speed and position measurement in an automotive environment; add to that the ability to connect any sensor you wish to the system and the result is a very versatile product.

Race Technology also offers a host of complementary products such dash displays, ECU interfaces and video recording systems, all of which are designed to be modular and integrate easily with one another. This means a system can be built up over time as the requirements change.

Of particular note is that when using the Race Technology video recording system with one of its dataloggers, the data and video are automatically synchronized. This gives the user the opportunity to have up to four cameras to view the on-track action along with the data from the car. The video system also comes with a DVD burning software, which allows the user to create and customize DVDs.
