Active Technologies, under the AT Power brand name, is dedicated to working with motorsport teams to develop powertrain systems to their needs, tough enough to withstand the harsh nature of motorsport, and reliable enough to make it over the finish line in 1st place.

With a combined 100+ years of powertrain development, the company can offer its customers a full engine design, or simply component optimization. With the latest computer analysis software at its fingertips, clients can rest assured that AT Power will deliver the optimum solution, backed up by real-world testing.

AT Power also manufactures billet-CNC throttle body systems for motorsport and the aftermarket industry with its patented shaftless design, bringing the latest technology to the track. A simple 2mm thick profiled blade provides the valve, with no need for a shaft or screws to hold it in place. The system gives users the advantages of a butterfly system, and with flow tests showing over 99.5% of the same flow compared to an open bore, the advantages of a roller, or slide throttle. This improvement in flow translates to greater torque and horsepower, combined with improved packaging options.

AT Power's dedicated in-house design and advanced manufacturing allows it to quickly realize the client's ideas, and its keen enthusiasm means it will aim to achieve the best results for each and every project. Previous projects include manufacture of a single throttle for Formula Ford series, and inlet manifold design and throttle manufacture for a Super 2000-spec rally car.
